1. Delivery Options
We offer two primary ways to receive your order:
Option A: Partner Pick-up Stations (Jumia)
With over 280 locations nationwide, this is our most flexible and cost-effective option.
Option B: Doorstep Delivery
For maximum convenience, have your scents delivered directly to your home or office.
The fee for doorstep delivery is calculated at checkout based on your specific location.
2. Timelines & Dispatch
We dispatch orders after confirmation of address. Please note that delivery days start counting from the moment our rider or courier partner picks up your parcel.

3. Urgent Delivery
If you need your purchase urgently, we can arrange special delivery for an additional cost. Please contact us directly via Whatsapp [+2347082556108] to confirm availability before placing your order.
4. Important Notes
Pick-up Notifications: You will receive a notification when your order is ready for collection at your chosen station.
Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, we will provide updates so you can track your scent's journey.
